Having said that, we change our tactics when we discover new science, research, and findings. We also take anecdotal evidence seriously, too. This doesn't mean that we'll be constantly changing things on you, but it does mean that you can be comfortable knowing that your coach is using the most effective, proven, and practical tactics during your time with Poehlmann Fitness. If it works, and has sound evidence to support it's claims, we'll be sure to introduce it to you if we believe it will improve your body, mind, and spirit.
Although we love to keep up with new findings in the health and fitness industry, we will always stick to strong foundations that have consistently developed healthy, mobile, and good-looking bodies.
