There will always be new discoveries in health and fitness. Things are constantly changing and we should be constantly learning. Having said that, we take an approach at Poehlmann Fitness that is usually unheard of. We change our tactics when we discover new science, research, and findings. This doesn't mean that we'll constantly be changing things on you. But, it does mean that when new ideas come about that have sound evidence, we'll be sure to implement it into your program if it will help you transform your body, mind, and spirit. 

Although society is still going through the ups and downs of yo-yo dieting, we're ahead of that phase with a "new" approach called "flexible dieting". All this means is that you are able to eat mindfully while meeting macronutrient and calorie goals. No foods will be taken away or restricted unless you are allergic. You can eat freely, and live freely. Would you like to enjoy a drink with your friends downtown? Go for it. Maybe you want to have a couple of donuts along with your coffee on the way to work. By all means, indulge. Meet your macronutrient and calorie goals, and your body can transform without restricting foods that you love.
