This program includes three phases:

Phase 1: Strength
Phase 2: Strength and Hypertrophy
Phase 3: Definition and Muscle Pump

Each phase is set up to be 4 weeks long in order to allow your body to gain strength and lean muscle while still creating opportunity for new exposure to different exercises and rep ranges.

Note that access to this program does have a start and end date. You may select your start date during purchase.
