I signed up for the Poehlmann Fitness program with Adam to help learn healthier routines for my life and to get past a plateau. It was so easy. All I had to do was track my food and work outs. What I loved most about the program was that I did not have to diet and I still got to eat close to what I was already doing. Adam taught me how to find what my body needed most which was protein. We set a reasonable goal for 100 grams of protein a day. It was super easy to do. All I had to do was make sure that I was getting 7-8 g per meal or snack. I am a big meat eater. It is a goal that has now become a habit! Another thing I loved about the program was that Adam checks in with you weekly. Not just about how you are doing on the program but your highs, your lows, etc. He knows this affects all things so he cares!

My goal was to learn healthier habits, and make sure I was working out to the best of my ability during the program. I feel that I have established a much healthier routine for eating and I have pushed myself daily in the gym, especially in strength. The knowledge that Adam gives you in this program will change your life! I thought it would be near impossible with 6 children to change my diet and eating habits, but not only have I bettered my habits but my families as well with minimal effort!!!

I highly recommend anyone looking to better their life, lose weight, or meet goals to give Poehlmann Fitness a go!!!!
