This calculator was built with simplicity and accuracy in mind to help you get the best of both worlds, making sure you know your score, and how you need to improve.

PS. If you don’t know your body fat %, you can use a BMI to Body Fat % calculator online. However, take it with a massive grain of salt as it won’t be the most accurate.

For the most accurate snapshot of your body composition, look for DXA scans in your area.

1 inch above the outer ankle bone, at the narrowest point.
At widest point, fist clenched, arm straight.
Midpoint of thigh while standing, relaxed.
